COMETS is an association of like minded leaders who’s purpose is to promote and support quality education programs available to military personnel, their dependents, and Department of Defense (DoD) civilians stationed withing the states of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Legislative Efforts
The Legislative Committee interacts with law makers at the State and Federal level and reports on what is relevant to our members.
Upholding Standards
We work with the leadership on the military side through our DoD Military Liaison to stay on top of issues affecting service members.
Creating Awareness
The Public Relations Committee maintains our website, social media, our upcoming app, and instrumental in the Annual Conference.
